Exemestane
Exemestane is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor, the partner of everolimus and the agent tested with ovarian suppression in young women.
Exemestane is an irreversible steroidal aromatase inactivator. It is used after non-steroidal AI failure, with everolimus (BOLERO-2), and with OFS in premenopausal women (TEXT). Generic.
