Zilovertamab vedotin is a ROR1-directed ADC in phase 3 for large B-cell lymphoma.
Merck (via VelosBio). waveLINE-003 phase 3 with R-GemOx in relapsed DLBCL; also being tested in first line.
1.Antibody binds ROR1 on the tumour cell surface
