Golcadomide is a next-generation lenalidomide-like pill that degrades two lymphoma transcription factors far more potently, now in phase 3 with R-CHOP.
Cereblon E3 ligase modulator that degrades Ikaros and Aiolos. Phase 1/2 with rituximab: ORR ~50% in R/R DLBCL; with R-CHOP in untreated high-risk DLBCL, high CR rates (ASH 2024). GOLSEEK-1 phase 3 (golcadomide + R-CHOP vs R-CHOP, IPI 3-5) enrolling. BMS.
