Iberdomide is a far more potent successor to lenalidomide, now in phase 3 as post-transplant maintenance and in relapsed disease.
EXCALIBER-Maintenance (vs lenalidomide after transplant) met its primary endpoint per BMS in 2026 reports; EXCALIBER-RRMM (Iber-Dd vs Dara-Vd) ongoing. Active in lenalidomide-refractory disease (CC-220-MM-001: ORR ~26% as doublet, higher in combinations).
