Cema-cel received RMAT and Fast Track (July 2026) for MRD-positive large B-cell lymphoma after first-line therapy (ALPHA3 trial). ALLO-316 (CD70) showed 31% confirmed ORR in CD70-high clear-cell RCC (TRAVERSE, 2025) with RMAT designation. 2026 framed as a program-defining year.
