NTRK fusions are rare (<1% of common cancers, near-universal in infantile fibrosarcoma and secretory carcinoma). Larotrectinib and entrectinib were the first tumour-agnostic kinase inhibitor approvals (2018-2019). Repotrectinib addresses resistance mutations.
