Venetoclax + obinutuzumab (12 months)
Venetoclax plus obinutuzumab, one year of a pill plus an antibody, was the first fixed-duration, chemotherapy-free CLL regimen, with half of patients still in remission at six years.
CLL14 (unfit: 6-year PFS 53%) and CLL13 (fit: 5-year PFS 70%, 81% with ibrutinib added). Obinutuzumab outperformed rituximab as the venetoclax partner in CLL13.
