Adding the anti-GD2 antibody to relapse chemotherapy doubled response rates in relapsed neuroblastoma, and the idea is now moving into first-line induction.
ANBL1221: irinotecan-temozolomide-dinutuximab ORR 53% vs 18% for temsirolimus arm; now standard for first relapse; ANBL17P1 tests dinutuximab during induction; naxitamab-chemotherapy combinations similar.
