Vivli
The non-profit platform through which pharmaceutical companies and funders share anonymised individual patient data from completed trials, including thousands of oncology studies.
Launched in 2018 out of the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center at Harvard and Brigham and Women's Hospital, Vivli is an independent platform that hosts, or links to, anonymised participant-level data from completed clinical trials contributed by more than 40 members including most large oncology sponsors, the Wellcome Trust, the Gates Foundation and academic groups. Researchers submit proposals reviewed by independent panels, and approved analyses run in a secure research environment; the platform has enabled pooled analyses of oncology trials on toxicity, subgroups and endpoint validation. Vivli complements the YODA Project and Project Data Sphere and works with CDISC on data standards and with funders on data-sharing policy.
