Vinblastine
Vinblastine is the vinca alkaloid in ABVD, the standard Hodgkin lymphoma regimen, and was formerly in the cisplatin combinations that first cured testicular cancer.
Approved 1965. ABVD (Hodgkin), PVB (testicular, historic), MVAC (bladder), Kaposi sarcoma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, low-grade glioma in children (with carboplatin). Vesicant; myelosuppression.
