Lenvatinib is approved in HCC (REFLECT), thyroid cancer, RCC (with everolimus or pembrolizumab) and endometrial cancer (with pembrolizumab). Co-develops the lenvatinib-pembrolizumab LEAP programme with Merck; LEAP-002 (HCC first line) and LEAP-012 (TACE combination) both missed overall survival.
