Debiopharm
Debiopharm is the private Swiss developer of the WEE1 inhibitor zedoresertib (Debio 0123) and of dual-payload ADC research.
Zedoresertib is a brain-penetrant, selective WEE1 inhibitor in phase 1/2 as monotherapy and with carboplatin (platinum-resistant ovarian) or with the PKMYT1 inhibitor lunresertib in CCNE1/FBXW7/PPP2R1A-altered tumours (first data AACR 2026). Debiopharm also presented dual-payload ADC and AI-biomarker work at AACR 2026.
