IDeate-Lung02
IDeate-Lung02 is the pivotal trial for the B7-H3 ADC that produced some of the highest response rates ever seen in relapsed small-cell lung cancer.
Follows IDeate-Lung01 (ORR ~55% at 12 mg/kg). Primary endpoints ORR and OS. Positioned to compete with tarlatamab in second line; sequencing of the two is an open question.
