CaDAnCe-304 is the first phase 3 of a protein degrader in leukaemia, pitting BTK destruction against the best available BTK inhibitor.
Open-label, ~500 patients randomised 1:1 to BGB-16673 200 mg daily or pirtobrutinib 200 mg daily; primary endpoint PFS by IRC. Follows CaDAnCe-101 phase 1 (ORR 86% in 66 patients, EHA 2026). Enrolling 2025-27.
