T030 (belotecan derivative)
T030 is the belotecan-derived topoisomerase payload in sacituzumab tirumotecan, designed to be less affected by the pumps that eject SN-38.
T030 is a camptothecin analogue derived from belotecan. Kelun and MSD report weaker efflux-pump susceptibility than SN-38 and a more stable linker, which may translate into a different resistance and toxicity profile within the same mechanistic class. Evidence comes largely from sponsor data and Chinese trials, so treat cross-class comparisons as provisional.
