scFoundation is a 100-million-parameter model trained on 50 million cells, from China's BioMap.
Nature Methods 2024: asymmetric encoder-decoder over all ~19k genes; tasks include read-depth enhancement, drug response and perturbation prediction.

scFoundation uses masked expression modelling with a full gene vocabulary.
