CDH6
CDH6 is an adhesion protein from kidney development that reappears on ovarian and kidney cancers.
Cadherin-6 is overexpressed in ovarian cancer and renal cell carcinoma with low normal adult expression. Raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd), a CDH6 ADC with the DXd payload, is in phase 3 in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (REJOICE-Ovarian01).
