Ash A. Alizadeh
Co-invented the CAPP-Seq method for reading tumour DNA in blood and used it to track lymphoma and lung cancer.
Ash Alizadeh is an oncologist and computational biologist. Alizadeh co-developed CAPP-Seq and phased variant enrichment for ultrasensitive ctDNA detection, applied to minimal residual disease in lymphoma and lung cancer, and led early work on tumour cell-of-origin classification in DLBCL.
